Open To: All members and non-members of Mint Hill Arts.
Theme: None; all media accepted.
Intake: Friday, September 26: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, September 27: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Pick-up for the August show is at the same times.
Free Opening Reception: Friday, October 3 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Winners announced at the November show.
Fees: MHA Members: $20 per artist for up to 4 pieces.
Non-members: $40 per artist for up to 4 pieces.

Best "Junk" Art
Rules: > Each artist may enter up to four (4) pieces.
> All work must be original.
> Students may enter but only if the instructor has not touched the artwork. All work must be done by the artist. Reproductions of work done by other artists will be disqualified from the judging.
> All artwork must be properly framed and wired (see below for more information). If your work does not require a frame, hanging must be thought out so it is ready to be displayed
> All artists must fill out our Gallery Registration Form and affix our Intake Labels. See below for more information and links to these forms. Save time at Intake by printing and filling them out then bring them in with your artwork. Labels will be available at Intake for those who choose to fill them out in the gallery
> Mint Hill Arts accepts all artwork unless it is unsafe to exhibit or shows very inappropriate subject matter. We welcome new faces and "unusual" artwork. Creative thinking and expression are the things that make your work special!
> Entering artists must be 18 years old or have written permission from a parent/guardian
> All artwork must remain in the show until its closing. If you have an emergency and must remove your artwork, you must notify Mint Hill Arts and make arrangements for the early removal
Commissions: Mint Hill Arts requires a commission on all work sold through our gallery.
> Active (volunteering) members pay 15%
> General members pay 20%
> Non-members pay 40%
You do not have to put your work up for sale, it is your choice.
All sold work can be picked up by the buyer at the end of each monthly show. All checks should be made payable to Mint Hill Arts.
Sizes: Please pay attention to your sizes. We have limited wall and floor space, so no exceptions can be made for oversized artwork.
> No artwork can exceed 48" by 48".
Pick-up for this show will be during November Intake.
Please note that all artwork must be picked up. We do not have storage space for work not picked up.
